As vice president in global business development, April Aandal is responsible for the design, development, and launch of programs that support a client-focused sales and servicing model. She works in close collaboration with the global sales leadership to design, develop, and launch relevant programs and materials for Dimensional��"s client-facing employees and external audiences. Key focus areas include engagement of the global sales teams, investment team, and management team to learn about our customers��" business opportunities, and to identify and execute key initiatives building and maintaining relationships with targeted customer points of contact to educate each customer on Dimensional��"s investment offering and support capabilities.

Previously, April was the firm��"s chief learning officer responsible for developing employee performance strategies that meet Dimensional's business needs. April joined Dimensional in 2004 as a regional director in Financial Advisor Services, where she led the development and execution of advisor study groups. As a key component of the FAS sales plan, these groups provide a forum for financial advisors otherwise unaffiliated with one another to network and learn from each other's applications and uses of Dimensional��"s funds.

April holds a master's degree in education, specializing in workplace learning and leadership development.
