As head of engineering, John DeMastri is responsible for developing architectural and delivery processes that ensure quality and accuracy within Dimensional's Technology group. Additionally, he is responsible for all areas of technology for Dimensional Retirement. John joined Dimensional in 2011, with over fifteen years of experience in financial services. Before Dimensional, John ran the technology department for Morningstar Associates. He also has worked as chief IT architect at DeAM, and as a senior consultant within the financial industry.

John holds a BS in computer science and engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
