In his role as a regional director in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the US, Rob Bessett is responsible for sales leadership and management of territories composed primarily of fee-only, high net worth financial advisors. He develops and delivers strategies to recruit new advisor relationships and retention strategies for existing advisors.

Since 2007, Rob has helped advisors understand the analytical basis of Dimensional's structured approach to investing, and methods of implementation. Rob's support to advisors extends to various business growth issues, and he is a conduit to various resources and services offered by Dimensional. In addition, Rob makes presentations to advisors at company conferences, industry functions, and seminars for advisor clients.

Prior to Dimensional, Rob earned an MBA from the University of Texas, while at the same time working as an analyst for an investment fund. He holds a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona, and he has the CFA charter designation.
