Stephen A. Clark oversees Dimensional's North American Institutional group. The group services corporate, sub-advisory, endowment, foundation, university, and public clients as well as the consulting community. Steve is deeply involved in the design and marketing of new products and strategies, and works closely with the investment team. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and Investment Policy Committee. Prior to his current position in the Institutional group, Steve oversaw Dimensional's global portfolio management department.

Steve joined Dimensional in 2001 as a general portfolio manager in US equities and became co-head of the international portfolio management and trading group in 2004. His financial career began at John Nuveen & Company in 1997, where he was instrumental in structuring mergers and acquisitions for the company's healthcare services division. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Bradley University.
